So, what exactly is Kingessays.com? It's a website that claims to be much of a help in writing various types of academic papers for you as long as you got money.

The main page of this website contains all the required info that you might be interested in you can check the company's prices, the samples of their works, even the testimonials that contain no negative feedback about the quality of service. Strange, isn't it?

Anyway, I like the fact that the main page contains answers on first questions of any potential buyer what is the price and what is the quality of service according to other people's feedback. Additionally, you've got a button "Order Now" at your disposal here, so go click on it and place an order if you don't want to ask questions.

However, having clicked on other pages of the website, I really felt disappointed. Guess why? Because almost every other page contains only text. No, pictures, just text! Raw text! For example, check their money-back guarantee.

Why not using a simple infographic explaining all of these in several pictures? Instead, a customer needs to read all these paragraphs in order to actually understand what's going on with a certain section of the website. Not cool!

Customer care

On the contrary, my experience of communication with the support team was really positive. Support agent Eve has been answering my questions in detail, and it was fast and rather friendly. It really felt good talking to an alive person actually guiding you through the process of creating the order and further giving consultations regarding the discounts and loyalty program of the company.

So, I'd give it 8 out of 10 for speed of response and actual feel of human communication. Nice job guys, keep it up!

As you can see in my conversation with Eve, I was about to order three pages on Chemistry, and my deadline was approximately three days. It was really great that I've got a discount for my first order which allowed me to pay for an advanced writer. I really hoped to get a quality paper that I could submit without proofreading and correcting it.

You see, I'm not really fond of ordering papers and paying someone to do my homework, but it was the time when I had to spend more time with my family and contribute to them instead of working on my papers. I like the simplicity of the order form and the fact that you can clearly and easily understand what you need to include for the paper to be completed. Basically, I liked the fact that you're being guided through the order creation process. On Stage 1 you just include basic info about your paper, as you can see below.

Stage 2 is focused on price calculation. Here you can choose how much you wanna pay for your paper. Basically, with a shorter deadline, higher academic level, and more experienced writer, you'll have to pay more. Look, for my three page-paper, I had to pay a hundred bucks!

Additionally, I was offered to pay for Abstract page for $14.99, VIP Support (Dunno what exactly it is but you wanna feel VIP on a paper writing service, go pay $14.99 extra) and $9.99 for Plagiarism report to ensure that your paper does not contain any plagiarized content. Basically, all these extras do not affect the quality of the paper, and it's only up to you whether you want to pay extra.

I assume there are some people who find these features as vital, but I don't. I did not use them, so there's nothing for me to say about them.

Once everything is decided, and when you're ready to pay for your order, you're being forwarded to the payment page. You're gonna pay by either PayPal or Credit Card. You can pay with just one click and don't waste time.

Here we've got a price calculator. I would've appreciated more if it was included on the main page but having a separate calculator is also fine. The Kingessays.com prices range from $10 per page if you order a High School paper with 14 days deadline to $62 per page if you wanna get a Ph.D. paper with the shortest 8-hour deadline. So, the price range is quite broad.

Their discount policy, however, seems unclear. The Support Agent Eve told me that I'd be receiving promo codes after my first order. It seems that these are not regular ones and are only limited to 10% discounts. It's not bad, but it really feels that there's not much value in ordering continuously with these guys.

Revision policy

Is Kingessays.com scam? Let's take a look at the company's guarantees. To be honest, their revision policy needs to be read thoroughly in order to actually understand what it is. You can check this pic, and you'll be overwhelmed if you're the first-timer and you've never dealt with the paper writing companies in your life.

So, I've read all this stuff, so you don't have to. Here's the shorter version of info. You get ten days after the order's delivery to send the paper for revision. You cannot ask for another writer unless you "prove" that you really need another one. So basically, prepare your DJ Khaled meme template saying "Another One!" because otherwise, you'll be stuck with the same writer for the rest of your life.

You can initiate a dispute if you're unsatisfied with something. But once you do, prepare your everything and wait for their manager to resolve the case. However, you cannot send for revision other orders if you got a dispute on any other paper. Does it make sense to you? I'll leave you with that.

Kingessays.com: final verdict

Really glad that I've paid for an ENL writer because I got B for the paper. I did not proofread it and did not even have time to check it precisely. I looked through the file that I've got and submitted it. I got what I wanted, and it was enough for me.But I also feel that the most expensive writer can do better than B for a Uni class. Just saying.

Kingessays: writer's expertise

I liked the fact that they've found a writer proficient in Chemistry. The paper was written quite ok, and it described the topic rather adequately. However, I do feel that the language was too simple for an ENL writer. Or maybe I'm just complaining. The writer had the job done anyway.

Public opinion

I decided to check King essays reviews on the net. I always do this before using any kind of service, and I recommend you do this too. The first platform I went to was Sitejabber. Surprisingly, Kingessays.com rating was quite high there, although some reviews were really negative saying about poor service.

The next place I went to was Reddit. Unfortunately, I found no Kingessays.com reviews there, so it made me a little bit suspicious. There are both negative and positive reviews on the net, so it is up to you to trust a service or not.

Member benefits

There's no loyalty program as it is, but if you remember my conversation with Eve, she's told me about the referral program. I mean, it's good to have a possibility to earn some extra money by recommending the service to my friends. But, the service itself is so-so, honestly. I don't think I'd recommend it to my friends anyway.
