The first thing that will catch your eye when you enter this website is its design. Frankly, it's very outdated. Seems like this site was created in the late 90s and wasn't updated from that time. After exploring it, I decided to check when the website was launched. Well, according to a domain name lookup service, it was registered on May 27th, 1998. I was right! Nevertheless, they still offer help with assignments online. Is PaperMasters legit? Do these guys still work? Let's find this out!

Customer support

Since these guys have an old-fashioned website, there is no live chat. However, they are still reachable via phone and email. Unfortunately, I couldn't get in touch with their manager using the phone to clarify some questions fast. So, the only reliable option to get a reply was to send an email. However, the maximum response time is not specified. As a result, it took more than one day for me to get answers from these guys when I composed the Paper Masters review.

My experience

I was short on time, so I decided to hire their experts to get my dissertation proposal on "Inclusivity in Advertisement." I appreciate that the seven-day deadline wasn't missed. However, the paper I received was a complete malarkey that would help me fail my homework only.

Order form

Even though the website is outdated, the order form foresees the ability to submit your paper's details. It's a tuned contact form with drop-down menus and buttons to attach files. Using the form, you can specify all the details and get them delivered to the email of these guys. Also, it shows the final charge and requests credit card details. Therefore, the payment information will be transferred to their managers via email, which is not secure!

Other students note in their PaperMasters.com reviews that the company has very high rates. For example, the price for one page completed by a graduate writer is $30.95. The price doesn't depend on a deadline. However, if you need it in less than four days, it would be considered a rush order, so you will be required to pay $35.95 per page. It's the weirdest and the most tricky pricing that I have ever seen.

Besides, they provide no discounts, even if you request them to compose a dissertation. According to the information provided on their site, they pay roughly $8 per page to freelance writers. The rest of the price is the service fee.

Revisions

According to the Information provided in Terms of Use, they offer a free revision only if it's requested within four days. Nevertheless, their managers can refuse your request if they decide that all the requirements are met, which happened to me.

Final quality

As I noted in my PaperMasters review, the paper's quality was horrible. For example, the writer didn't write a word about the importance of research on the topic. Instead, they merely shared some basic facts about the problems of inclusivity in ads. Overall, an online checker spotted a lot of mistakes in the paper I received.

Writer's proficiency

According to the quality of the dissertation proposal that I received, the assigned writers had zero academic writing experience and didn't check the paper before submission. There is no surprise because these guys hire freelance writers without performing any tests or background checks. The entire hiring process takes less than one hour.

The company doesn't have a loyalty program at all. These guys don't provide any discounts. It's also impossible to get a discount from a manager. They state that all prices are non-negotiable.
