Our Top Rated Essay Services
WritePaper has been around for nearly 15 years, and it’s a reputable and recognized brand that belongs to the US-based Devellux Inc, which runs multiple successful writing services. The company is pretty transparent with its terms and promises and offers unbeatable value for money. Keep reading my WritePaper review to learn what made me trust this service and why I’m thinking of adding it to my go-to list.
I didn’t talk to support agents much, considering I could always reach out to the writer directly to ask for progress updates and offer additional info. Still, I noticed that the company representatives took the time to respond to positive and negative WritePaper reviews on SiteJabber, which told me the service valued its reputation.
Before working on this WritePaper review, I ordered a 4-page argumentative essay on the benefits and drawbacks of autocratic and democratic political systems. I wanted the writer to focus on the current political situation instead of using historical data. And since I was on my winter break, I let the writer have ten days to research and write the paper.
I wonder why none of the WritePaper reviews mentioned you have to sign up before seeing the actual price, but it was a minor annoyance for me. After this initial snafu, the order process went smoothly. The form was straightforward, without excessive add-ons and checkboxes. But the bidding process overwhelmed me, as I’m more used to services with automatic writer assignment. Still, I enjoyed the chance to compare bids and choose the expert I felt was best suited for my project.
Discounts and pricing
When I first started researching for this WritePaper review, I didn’t realize the prices I saw on the homepage were estimates. The lowest was around $10.8 for high schoolers with extended deadlines, while the highest wasn’t too outrageous at $21.6 for Ph.D. hopefuls with only 6 hours to spare.
But, of course, these are the lowest possible rates, while the writers offer their bids after you place the order. So the final cost may be much higher. For instance, I got offers ranging from $38 to around $60 after a 15% first-order discount.
The revision clauses promise free revisions if you submit a written request within 14 days of getting the paper (30 days for orders over 10 pages). Unfortunately, the terms do not specify the duration of each revision round or the number of free revisions. I liked the essay I got, so I didn’t use free revisions, but some WritePaper reviews claimed they worked fine.
I admit I didn’t expect my WritePaper review to be so positive because I wasn’t sure how good of a paper I’d get for under $50. But the writer did a fantastic job using solid arguments and providing several supporting examples for each, drawing on different democracies and autocracies, so the paper didn’t turn into a standard US vs. China discussion. In addition, I loved the straightforward structure and smooth transitions that helped me follow the line of thinking from the thesis statement to the conclusion. Even a few minor formatting faux pas did not diminish the quality of the essay I got.
I won’t make blanket statements in my WritePaper review, but it seems that most writers know what they are doing. I liked the chance to chat with some of them before placing the order to learn if they’d be able to complete my assignment. And although I’m not sure my writer was a native English speaker, their writing was so good that I only got suspicious over a couple of awkward phrases I edited on my own.
Most WritePaper reviews on Trustpilot and SiteJabber were good, and the company’s rating was high. Many posts mirrored my experience with the service, though I found a couple of disgruntled reviews complaining about unfulfilled requirements. Still, the company representative claimed the issue had been resolved.
According to the Terms & Conditions, the company may provide special offers and discounts to customers at its discretion. As I’ve mentioned in this WritePaper review, I got 15% off as a first-time customer. And I bet regulars get similar offers once in a while, but there are no bonuses or points to collect for lifetime discounts. That’s unfortunate but understandable, considering the bidding system.
