At first glance, this service seems just like any other essay mill, if a bit sparse and bland. But you know I couldn’t leave it at that in my WritingAssignment.net review, so I dug deeper. Although the About Us page was entirely unhelpful, the Terms and Conditions told me the website belongs to DDW Corp Limited, a Cyprus-based company that owns half a dozen essay mills. Moreover, this site has barely been around for a couple of years, so its reputation is virtually non-existent.

Support for customers

Although I enjoyed the lack of annoying live chat pop-ups, I resorted to email to ask my questions about the origins of the company’s writers. Unfortunately, it usually took the company reps at least a few hours to get back to me, which was annoying. And their responses were even more aggravating, as I mostly got stock phrases. Considering I didn’t find any WritingAssignment.net reviews, I saw no company responses.

Personal paper experience

With five days to spare, I ordered a 4-page informative piece on the effect of the pandemic on the movie theater business. I thought it would be an easy task to research yet a complex enough assignment to properly test the writing skill for my WritingAssignment.net review.

Writing Assignment: paper request form

I tried to keep this WritingAssignment.net review objective, so I admit to liking the order form. It’s well-structured and easy to navigate without dozens of unnecessary fields or checkboxes. Still, realizing that most writers were not native English speakers was an unpleasant surprise. Moreover, I wasn’t sure even Advanced writers were ENL, as the tip claimed they were “from an English-speaking country”, which didn’t mean much.

Prices and discounted options

Like with most writing companies, the lowest rate of $10 is only valid for orders at a high school level with lengthy deadlines. For a more realistic scenario, you’d have to pay $13 and more per page. For instance, I paid $16 per page, which brought the order total to $64 with the “Best Available” writer. And when I tried to choose a Premium writer, the price skyrocketed to nearly $100.

I would like to know what other WritingAssignment.net reviews would say about the first-order discount, but I found a 5% discount to be ridiculously stingy.

Writingassignment.net review: content revisions

Unhappy clients get unlimited free revisions within ten days of the deadline, but each round takes at least 24 hours. Besides, you need to allow for at least two revision rounds to request a refund if your initial deadline was over 48 hours. And if your correction instructions differ from the initial requirements, you’ll have to pay 60% of the initial sum. As I didn’t use my free revision, you may need to look for other honest WritingAssignment.net reviews to check if the policy works.

Concluding quality

As mentioned, I wanted an informative piece to test the service before writing my WritingAssignment.net review. And the writer did a good job finding sources and collecting data. However, they failed to tie the disparate facts into a seamless big picture. As a result, the whole paper read more like a bullet list than an essay. Besides, the introduction was missing the thesis statement, which my professor hates.

Writer's competence

Based on the paper I got, I assume my writer had some academic research background or some interest in the movie business. However, their writing skills were lacking, as evidenced by the lack of analysis. I suspect the writer was not familiar with the American college writing requirements, so they did the best they could with their understanding of my instructions. So while I won’t be using the paper I got for this WritingAssignment.net review, I could tweak it to write something better if I had the time.

Writingassignment: audience reactions

They are not. I didn’t find any WritingAssignment.net reviews across Reddit, Trustpilot, and SiteJabber. So I have no idea where the reviews posted on the website come from. There are less than a dozen testimonials, and they look rather fake.

Writingassignment.net: loyalty gifts

As I wasn’t going to use this site after posting my WritingAssignment.net review, I wasn’t too interested in a loyalty program. It was for the best, as the website didn’t have one. At best, regular customers get occasional seasonal discounts. But there’s no bonus system or lifetime savings program.

FAQs

Is WritingAssignment.net a Scam? No, but the website hides its origins and foundation date to fool you into trusting the writers with your money.
Is WritingAssignment.net Legit? Yes. Although the website is registered in Missouri, it belongs to Cyprus-based DDW Corp Limited, which runs half a dozen essay mills.
Is WritingAssignment.net Trustworthy? Not really. The company hides too much and promises more than it delivers. I wouldn’t trust them with any complex assignments.
Is WritingAssignment.net a Good Service? No. Customer support, writing performance, and revisions are lacking. I’d give the company a few more years to get established before trying it again.
