Support is available 24/7. You can contact it in multiple ways:

• using a live chat.

Keep in mind that there are two phone numbers you can use: for US and UK customers. I preferred to use a live chat. In the first minutes, support answered my questions quickly. Then a support manager started ignoring me. I repeated my question — and he answered. So the quality of their support makes my Paper due now review negative.

My experience

I’ve ordered an undergraduate essay on Marketing with a two-day deadline. Two days finished. Nothing. I wrote to the support manager and received a paper. But the quality was awful. It wasn’t an undergraduate level. Moreover, my piece contained abstract ponderings about Marketing, not specifics thoughts.

Order form

The order form is standard. But there is one exception: you can choose a writer. There are three ‘types’ of writers:

• advanced writer;
• TOP writer.

It’s clear that you have to overpay for advanced and TOP writers. When placing an order, you have to write in ‘Paper details’ what language your piece of work should be written in — the UK or US one. It’s necessary because, like the support manager said, if customers don’t set the preferred language, the English of their paper can be either the US or the UK, depending on the writer.

Discounts and pricing

You have a 10%-discount on your first order! Also, you can use one-time discounts:

• 5% when your order is over $500;
• 10% when your order is over $1000.

As almost every customer says in the paper-due-now.com review, prices in such a service are average. But, unfortunately, they don’t match the quality of papers. Costs start with $10 per page for the undergraduate level. For bachelor level, you have to pay $19 per page.

Revisions

Such a service provides only three free revisions. I asked a manager what if I have more than three corrections. Should I pay for additional ones? And he said that ‘our clients never face this issue.’ Ok.

When it comes to Paperduenow refund policy, it’s clear. All cases when you can get a full refund are standard: double payment, a writer missed deadlines, and the content is no longer required, you want to cancel your order, etc. Therefore, I can consider Paperduenow legit.

So I found one strange thing. If you sent your paper for revision, you can’t claim a 100% refund as it means that you approved your piece of work.

Final quality

My writer made citations, but they weren’t from resources which the author cited. Also, I received an essay with grammar mistakes that are unacceptable for native English speakers. So I sent my paper for revisions, and my writer hasn’t caught any sentence! The cycle of revisions repeated three times, and I decided to stop it. Also, I received a paper with 50% plagiarized content. Uh. I had to pay for a plagiarism report.

Writer’s proficiency

As it claimed, writers are native English speakers and have the experience in the field that they have to write about. But I suspect that they aren’t native because I received a paper with stupid mistakes. So is paperduenow reliable? No, no, no.

Moreover, they can’t cite correctly. It led me to the thought that they don't have an appropriate degree when starting to write a paper.

People talking

So I’ve checked Sitejabber with Paperduenow reviews and was shocked because of controversial opinions. Trustpilot was full of positive feedback, and Reddit was empty.

Then, I visited other websites with testimonials. And the majority of them said that such a service is fraud and it isn’t worth spending money. I drew a conclusion that some testimonials are fake.

Loyalty program

Such a company has a loyalty program. When you make a payment for your order, you receive a bonus on your balance. The sum that will be added to your balance depends on the price of your paper. So you can use such money for the next orders in this service. I also have money on my balance, but frankly speaking, I don’t want to return to them as unsatisfied customers in Paper due now reviews.
