The website is overflowed with information. Frankly speaking, it reminds me of the website's design from the 2010s. Contacts? FAQ? About us? Where are such sections that enable me to learn about this company? I’m scrolling, scrolling, scrolling. Oh my god, I found them at the very bottom.

So in 2021, an awful website design detects a bad service. Uh. Let’s move to customer support.

Customer support

I click ‘Contact us.’ Guess what? I see the order form. Ok. I’m scrolling and finally discover information about how I can contact the support team.

You can contact the support team in multiple ways:

• writing Whatsapp;
• making a call;
• writing in email.

But support isn’t available 24/7 — only 9 AM to 6 PM according to UK time. But it doesn’t mean that if you ask the support manager a question, you’ll get it immediately. No. For example, when I wrote and asked a question, a manager said to me that they have ‘too many deadlines,’ so I’ll receive all the answers after 2 hours! So that’s one of the reasons why my Projectsdeal.co.uk review is negative.

I suspect that there is only one manager that can communicate with you. At least on Whatsapp.

My experience

So I’ve decided to try this service and ordered a 4-page essay (it’s impossible to order less than four pages unluckily) and a two-day deadline at the undergraduate level. And I had to pay $276 (£199).

Okay, let’s set a seven-day deadline. $276 again. What? It turns out that nothing depends on the deadline? Such a fact alerted me.

I can’t consider the Projectsdeal scam, but it’s obvious that they squeeze your money.

Order form

The order form is standard. So you choose an academic level, domain, the sort of paper, the number of pages, and the list goes on. Also, it’s necessary to type your email, phone number, and deadline. So after filling in all the appropriate fields, I clicked the button ‘Click To Calculate,’ and nothing was done. I clicked multiple times before the page with pricing opened.

Discounts and pricing

This service provides a 20%-discount for your first order. You can choose one feature for you, it's the desirable grade for your piece.

So I can’t say anything about Projectsdeal prices. There isn’t a minimal price per page on the website and support didn’t tell me about it. A manager ignored my questions and said, 'Please send me the guidelines now.' So you can learn the cost of your paper only after filling all the fields. And the fact is that the cost doesn’t depend on the deadline — in both two- and seven-day deadlines, you pay the same sum. It’s very strange. So when I placed an order, the website offered me ‘the deal of the day.’ So I had to pay $318, but this sum was reduced because of ‘the deal of the day’ — - $20 and the first discount — -$13.

Revisions

This service provides unlimited free revisions. But there are no revision and refund policies on its website. So it’s hard to say is Projectsdeal legit or not.

Final quality

So I received a poor-quality paper. There wasn’t an undergraduate level. It was at a children's level! A writer didn’t follow the instructions that I gave. I sent my piece of work for revisions two times — and they haven’t corrected it, although the support manager told me that a writer was working. The manager lied to me twice. So is Projectsdeal safe? They lie; thus, I don’t think so.

Writer’s proficiency

Such a service doesn’t tell you about its writers. Do they have Master’s or Ph.D. degrees? I don’t know. But I know that writers make tons of grammar and spelling mistakes. In my book, they don’t have any degree as it’s claimed.

People talking

I checked Sitejabber and saw 22 positive Projectsdeal reviews. Trustpilot contained 32 positive ones. When I checked the profiles of reviewers, I discovered that all of them have only one feedback — about Projectsdeal. It led me to the thought that they are all fake.

What about Reddit? It was empty. I found some topics with mentions of this company, but without any comment. So I headed to other websites on the Internet, and… almost all contained negative feedback with low ratings. I read such Projectsdeal uk reviews attentively and realized that there was no point in expecting something good from this service.

Loyalty program

When placing an order, you earn ‘loyalty points.’ They give you a discount when you place orders again. But to be honest, I don’t know who will want to return to such a service. And I hope that you’ll avoid this company.
