Today, let's speak about one more writing service known as Graduateway. I am not a big fan of purple, that's why I didn't really like their homepage. It is just my subjective opinion. Is Graduateway legit? The company tries to assure potential clients that yes. One can find samples of essays on the website and order academic papers.

Customer support

From the very first moment I entered the website, I noticed a pop-up window with an Al-assistant asking questions about the necessary paper.

At that point, I realized that I could not ask complicated questions, as I was not supposed to receive reasonable answers. However, it was definitely an excellent way to keep me interested in the essay writing platform and its services.

Apart from the online chat with Amy, the assistant, the customers can talk to the representatives of the company on the phone. If you are not ready to spend much time waiting for the reply, you should just fill in the “write us” form, forget about it and deal with other issues. From my personal experience, I can tell that you should not expect to receive an answer in the following 1-2 hours.

My experience

The first question that appeared in my mind was, “Is Graduateway scam? Unfortunately, it came to me after I placed an order and started getting quotes from the writers. Thus, I hoped it was not a scam because I wanted to get my research paper by the deadline.

Well, I actually got my research paper on Education within the specified 5-day deadline. The paper consisted of 4 pages and was titled “Modern technologies used in elementary schools.” What could be easier than writing a well-structured and consistent essay on the topic, especially for professional writers?

Unfortunately, what I got was a complete disappointment. Tons of grammar and stylistic mistakes, typos, and data inaccuracies were everywhere. I asked my writer to revise my paper several times. After two revisions, I still found some misprints in the assignment. Writer Sherry, have you proofread the final version of my paper? I doubt it.

Is Graduateway reliable? It was another question I had to answer, but this time, after receiving an order. My opinion - nope. I got my paper on time, but it was far from being ideal. I wasted time and nerves asking to revise it several times. You know, I won't recommend this service to students who wish to get high-quality papers. There are much more reliable and trustworthy writing platforms.

Order form

I needed a research paper, and that's why decided to use assistance from this writing company. Damn, I really hate doing the research! Every time I hear about one more research paper, I start having a headache.

I had to inform them about the type of service, a deadline, number of pages, subject and topic of the paper. The next step was providing detailed instructions and choosing the writer's quality. I could select a regular writer, a premium one, and a platinum doer.

Keep in mind that to use assistance from the premium writer, you will have to pay +10% to the cost of the paper, and the platinum one will be +20%. I think that such offers are a real rip-off. I decided not to waste my money. I hoped that my writer would do my research paper ok.

The service offered me several writers who could do my assignment. The writers' bids were different. They varied from $89.29 to $123.24. Only three writers agreed to do my research paper. Guys, where are your other experts?

I decided not to spend too much and chose the writer Sherry.

The service also offered some additional services. They were VIP support, the one-page abstract for $15.50, and some others. I skipped these features. The next step was paying for the order. The only available method of payment was by Visa. Are you kidding? As a rule, reputable writing services offer several methods of payment.

Discounts and pricing

Unfortunately, the platform doesn't care about students because there is no first-order discount. The support manager told me that I could get a 10% discount on the second order but only within three hours.

Now let's speak about prices. A five-page research paper costs almost $92. So, it means that one page of my paper was around $18. It is a rather high price for such a mediocre quality of writing. Guys, I recommend you to hire more professional writers!

Revisions

The service offers free revisions. I actually didn't miss an opportunity to use them, but still, my paper was not perfect in the end. The writer was probably in a hurry, revising my assignment.

Final quality

Is Graduateway reliable? My opinion - nope. I've got my paper on time, but it was far from being ideal. I wasted time and nerves asking to revise it several times. You know, I won't recommend this service to students who wish to get high-quality papers. There are much more reliable and trustworthy writing platforms.

Writer's proficiency

As it has already been mentioned in the reviews, Graduateway is a bidding platform, which means the customer can make personal decisions, accepting or rejecting the writer’s bids. It is inevitable to mention that there are three types of pros you can hire, including the regular, premium, and platinum. While the first one will be assigned automatically, the two others will cost you +10% and +20% of the price of your order, respectively.

I decided to save, so I did not get the assistance of premium and platinum-quality writers. Later I regretted my choice, as it seemed that the one working on my project was not professional at all. My research paper wasn't well-structured and contained some misprints. Shame on you, Sherry! I won't ask you to do my assignments next time!

The first place I went to was Sitejabber.

No reviews were found there. Ok, then I checked Trustpilot. Nothing was found there too.

I hoped to find at least some Graduateway Reddit reviews, but nothing was found there again.

What does it mean? Was I the only one who used their service? The lack of reviews means that a service is not popular among students.

Loyalty program

There is no clear loyalty program on the website. Everything they offer is a 10% discount on the second-order that has to be placed within three hours after the first order.
